Daily Evening Ritual Checklist
Environment:
☐ Dim overhead lighting
☐ Light a candle or turn on soft lighting
☐ Put your phone on Do Not Disturb
☐ Tidy one small area
☐ Prepare a calming beverage
Mind:
☐ Write down tomorrow's top priority
☐ Release unfinished tasks
☐ Write one thing you're grateful for
☐ Ask yourself: "How do I want to feel tomorrow?"
Body:
☐ Stretch for 2–5 minutes
☐ Take three slow intentional breaths
☐ Drink a glass of water
☐ Change into comfortable clothing
☐ Lower stimulation and noise
Sleep Sanctuary:
☐ Adjust room temperature
☐ Silence unnecessary notifications
☐ Place devices away from the bed
☐ Create a calm sleeping environment
☐ Choose rest without guilt

Minutes 1–2
Dim every light in your space.
Minutes 3–4
Steep your tea or pour your water intentionally.
Minutes 5–7
Write one sentence: How do I want to feel tomorrow?
Minutes 8–10
